Remove Ads Is Not Updating
- Confirm the purchase completed successfully in the Apple purchase sheet.
- Return to Oceanica Settings and check whether the button shows Ads Removed.
- If you reinstalled Oceanica or changed devices, tap Restore Purchases.
- Confirm you are signed in with the Apple Account that originally made the purchase.
Remove Ads disables banner and automatic interstitial advertisements. Optional rewarded ads may remain available when you choose to watch one for an in-game benefit.
Restore Purchases
Open Settings from the Oceanica Home screen and tap Restore Purchases. Restoring does not charge you again. If Apple reports no purchase, verify the Apple Account and review your App Store purchase history.
Music or Sound Effects Are Missing
- Open Oceanica Settings and confirm Music and SFX are enabled.
- Increase the device media volume and check Silent Mode or Focus settings.
- Disconnect Bluetooth audio devices if sound is playing somewhere unexpected.
- Close and reopen Oceanica after changing the audio route.
SFX means sound effects, including button taps, creature drops, merges, and power-tool sounds.
Game Progress or Collection
Scores, statistics, settings, and collection progress are stored locally on the device. Deleting the app may remove that progress. Remove Ads can be restored through Apple, but local gameplay progress may not be recoverable after deletion.
Freeze Board
Freeze Board stops existing creatures for approximately five seconds so you can plan and drop the next creature. It does not merge or remove creatures and does not add score directly.
Report a Problem
When reporting a crash or visual issue, please include:
- Your iPhone model and iOS version.
- The Oceanica version shown at the bottom of Settings.
- The steps that led to the issue.
- A screenshot or screen recording, if available.
