Use of ScamShield AI
ScamShield AI provides AI-assisted scam awareness tools for reviewing suspicious messages, screenshots, links, and phone numbers. You agree to use the app lawfully and responsibly.
AI-Generated Analysis
AI-generated scam analysis may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing the results and making your own decisions.
No Guarantee
ScamShield AI does not guarantee that a message, link, phone number, screenshot, or situation is safe or unsafe. The app provides educational and awareness guidance only.
Not Legal, Financial, or Security Advice
ScamShield AI is not a law enforcement service, bank, financial advisor, legal advisor, cybersecurity investigation service, or emergency response service. For urgent, financial, legal, or account-related matters, contact the relevant official organization directly.
Verify Through Official Channels
You should verify important messages, payments, account issues, government notices, and suspicious requests through official websites, official apps, or published contact numbers.
User Content
You are responsible for the content you submit, including screenshots, message text, links, phone numbers, and related information. Do not submit content that you do not have the right to use.
Sensitive Information
Do not submit passwords, OTPs, banking PINs, full identity documents, or other highly sensitive personal information into the app.
Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
ScamShield AI may offer auto-renewable subscriptions, including ScamShield AI Pro, which may provide access to unlimited AI scam scans, advanced scam analysis, extended history, priority analysis, or other premium protection features.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
Deleting the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Changes to the App or Terms
We may update ScamShield AI features or these Terms over time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the updated terms.
