These Terms of Use govern your use of HirePilot. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

Use of HirePilot

HirePilot provides AI-assisted tools for job fit analysis, resume improvement, cover letter drafting, interview preparation, and saved local libraries. You agree to use the app lawfully and responsibly.

AI-Generated Content

AI-generated content may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and approving all outputs before using them.

No Employment Guarantee

HirePilot does not guarantee interviews, job offers, hiring outcomes, salary outcomes, recruiter responses, or employment results. Career decisions and application outcomes depend on many factors outside the app.

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

HirePilot may offer auto-renewable subscriptions, including HirePilot Pro Monthly, which provides access to unlimited AI analyses and premium AI-powered career tools.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period.

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.

Deleting the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

User Content

You are responsible for the resume text, job descriptions, and other content you submit. Do not submit content that you do not have the right to use or that contains sensitive information you do not want processed for AI features.

Changes to the App or Terms

We may update HirePilot features or these Terms over time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the updated terms.
