HirePilot helps users analyze job fit, improve resumes, generate cover letters, and prepare for interviews using AI-assisted tools. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be handled when you use the app.

Information You Provide

You may enter or import resume text, profile information, job descriptions, cover letter content, and interview preparation content. This information is used to provide HirePilot features and generate AI-assisted outputs.

AI Processing and Third-Party Service Providers

When you use AI-powered features, HirePilot may collect and process the resume text, job descriptions, profile information, cover letter prompts, and interview preparation content that you choose to submit.

This information is securely transmitted to HirePilot’s backend service and may be sent to OpenAI to generate AI-powered job fit analysis, resume improvements, cover letters, interview preparation guidance, and related career recommendations.

HirePilot only sends the content you explicitly provide for analysis. This information is used solely to provide the requested app functionality.

HirePilot does not sell your personal data, does not use submitted resume or job description content for advertising, and does not publicly share your content with other users.

Local Storage

Saved analyses and saved resumes may be stored locally on your device using app storage. HirePilot does not currently provide account sync, iCloud sync, or server-side saved history for these items.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Subscription purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. HirePilot does not receive or store your full payment card details.

Analytics and Diagnostics

HirePilot may use limited diagnostics or analytics to improve app stability, reliability, and performance. These diagnostics are not used for advertising purposes or to sell personal information.

No Employment Guarantee

HirePilot provides AI-assisted career tools, but it does not guarantee interviews, job offers, hiring outcomes, salary outcomes, recruiter responses, or employment results.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before using it in job applications or professional communications.
